Yolanda brings to this business 20+ years of corporate experience, and has spent over half of those years working in an analytical capacity in Human Resources. Throughout her 20+ years of professional experience, Yolanda has worked on a considerable number of interim and contract projects and assignments. This has enabled her to gain exposure to a variety of different industries. Some of the companies that she’s worked for are Xerox, Prudential, FedEx, Pfizer, Hoffman La Roche, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Her experience includes work in several areas of human resources; compensation, training, benefits, recruiting and employee relations. Yolanda attended Bloomfield College in Bloomfield, New Jersey; her educational background is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. In 2007, she completed her CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Certification through World at Work, an organization that is recognized across the globe for its certification institute. In the same year, she launched Classieux Concierge LLC, formerly known as Collective Concepts LLC, a company that offers a broad range of support services by assigning a Dedicated Personal Consultant to each of its clients. The company supports clients by handling errands, administrative tasks, internet research, personal shopping, professional organizing, pet sitting, and a myriad of other services that help them to get it all done! In early 2008, Yolanda launched Innovative HR Concepts Corporation. The mission of this company is to provide leadership, education and consultation in the area of human resources, and to serve as a source of empowerment to business leaders and executives in companies of all sizes across the globe.
